About Me
I have been practicing as a consultant paediatrician in Brisbane since 2012. I love working with children and adolescents of all ages. I feel grateful to be able to get to know and support children and their families, working closely with their GPs, therapists and schools.
I completed my medical training at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2004. Prior to that I completed a Bachelor of Science at University of Queensland, with a focus on human biology and anatomy.
I completed my specialist training in General Paediatrics, mostly at the Mater Children's and Mater Mother's Hospitals in Brisbane. I also worked in Paediatrics at Caboolture Hospital, Nambour General Hospital and Gympie Hospital. I completed a fellowship year in Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics at the Mater Children's Hospital.
I worked as a staff specialist at Redcliffe Hospital from 2012 until 2014, leaving to focus on my private practice and my own young children.
When I'm not at work I love spending time with my family and friends, running with my dogs, practicing yoga, and going to the beach whenever I can.
