Appointment Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask that you contact the reception staff of the clinic where the appointment is booked, via telephone (during business hours) or via email. The cancellation notice period is based on clear business days when notification is received, therefore excludes weekends.

All cancellations are required to be notified 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, to avoid being charged. In the event that these conditions are not met, the full-service fee will be charged. No-shows will automatically be charged the full-service fee.

If an unexpected illness arises, please do not attend your appointment in person. We will be able to provide alternative therapy options to ensure the safety of staff and patients.

​

When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment other patients lose the opportunity to be seen, extending the waiting time for all patients. We appreciated your understanding.
