What To Bring

• Medicare card

• A referral from your GP - this is required to be eligible for a Medicare rebate

• Relevant x-rays and test results

• School reports, letters or questionnaires from teacher(s), reports from allied health professionals (eg. speech pathologist, occupational therapists, psychologists)

• A list of your questions, concerns or observations

• Activities for the waiting room - I try to run on time, but sometimes there may be a short wait
